1. The clay brick making plant are designed reasonable and compacted, it can work steadily without foundation bolts, so it is easier in installation.
2. The steel material of shafts and gears are adopt high quality carbon steel and alloy steel, the key parts are quenched and tempered treated so as to extend the life.
3. Augers are adopt wear- resistance metal spray painting treatment.
4. All machinery adopted spiral pressure clutch (patent) which have high sensitivity and declutching thoroughly. The de-airing extruders use electric clutch to make operation more convenient,
5. The de-airing extruder adopt copper bracket bearing and immerging lubrication method.
6. Reducers adopt hardened face gears.
